The objectives of this research were: 1) to study factors and indicators of reinforce responsibility for student in opportunity expansion school mahasarakham primary educational service area office 2, 2) to study current situation, desirable characteristic for reinforce responsibility for student in opportunity expansion school mahasarakham primary educational service area office 2, 3) to develop the program for reinforce responsibility for student in opportunity expansion school mahasarakham primary educational service area office 2, The research process research and development is divided into 3 phases contain, phase 1 ; Study component and a measure to strengthen the responsibility of the student to determine the suitability of the information and indicators to strengthen the accountability of students are qualified by 5 experts, phase 2 ; current situation, desirable situation for reinforce responsibility for student in opportunity expansion school were studied from target group including 273 teachers and use the technique of stratified random sampling, the instruments for collected data were questionnaires phase 3 ; The development of program for reinforce responsibility for student in opportunity expansion school To determine the appropriateness and feasibility for the development of program for reinforce responsibility for student were validated by 5 experts, tools for data collection questionnaire. the instruments used were evaluation form. The statistics for analyses of data included the mean, percentage, standard deviation. The research findings found that: 1.
