Summary:Cataract surgery has become a refractive surgery, which has attracted much attention on postoperative functional vision and visual quality, and promoted the continuous development and improvement of intraocular lens(IOL)materials and design. The traditional presbyopia-correcting IOL has achieved distance and near visual acuity initially, while in recent years the new presbyopia-correcting IOL has further improved the visual experience of patients. This article reviews the progress to provide reference for clinical practice.
