This paper presents techno-economic analysis of Smart Grid via a case study of Puducherry pilot project. Covered in this paper are different components of investment which convey an idea about services and their proposition as well as technical advancements with their benefits. This paper discusses the gain in terms of energy and money saving through different smart technical tools.
