Summary:Collaborative work in primary school is a goal to develop and strengthen groups of primary teachers. This attempt to generate collaboration opens the possibilities of professional isolation fade generated by the school organization itself or by personal factor expressed in their attitudes, beliefs and expectations. The methodology provides the theory of social representations approach helped the complexity presented by the object of study. Hence the importance of knowing what the social representations that express teachers of collaborative work, to know and interpret from their dimensions is derived. The importance, size and complexity, led to combine approaches or theoretical perspectives that will be articulated in a complementary way and assume different methodological approaches.
