Summary:Results of cytomorphological study of Cupressus arizonica Greene pollen grains by introduction in the Crimea are given. It is established that in the South Cost and in the foothill Crimea pollen of this species with average vitality more than 80 % is formed. It is found individual and endogenic variability of pollen grains on the dimension, presence of anomalies, degrees of development of an intine pectic layer. It is come out with the assumption, that the trees producing pollen with more developed pectic layer of the intine, have clear advantages in sexual process.
