The study proceeds in three stages: 1) analysing workplace injuries, working conditions and industrial safety in Sverdlovsk oblast; 2) analysing the amount of financing of preventive measures for reducing workplace injuries and occupational diseases; 3) comparing the amount of financing of preventive measures for reducing workplace injuries, occupational diseases and the number of cases of industrial injuries.
