Summary:This work treats ideological nature and the essence of neooosmanism, as a constant to the foreign policy of today's Turkey. It points to its basic strategic rationalization, which is a purpose to all particular activities in foreign policy. Having in mind that Balkans are one of the Turkey's priorities, and that Serbian national corpse is on the way of realizing neoosmanic goals, it stresses the necessity of making an adequate Serbian strategic start point in order to productively face this challenge.
