The omnipresence of smartphones and tablets as dominant devices to access to information and entertainment grants a greater prevalence to the image and video over sound (an essential and consubstantial ingredient to the radiophonic language). This article explains the structural reasons which have motivated for years the disinterest of the Spanish media about children and adolescents.
