Case Report: Given that the mother consumed drugs during the first two months of pregnancy and considering the lack of family history of congenital anomalies, the reported anomalies in the neonate might be associated with drug use in mother. It is necessary to increase the knowledge of women in reproductive age group about using drugs only with physician prescription.
