Pedagogical difficulties of specifying the peculiarities of individual experience and contradictions of moulding a contemporary student’s subjectiveness, conditions of its formation, which should be taken into consideration by the teacher in organizing interaction, are revealed. The components of a student’s subjectiveness, which moulding is carried out in the conditions of constructive interaction together with other subjects of educational process (with the use of the strategies of self-rientation, self-joining, and self-enrichment) are grounded.
