These guidelines impacted so that cities are fragmented and have led to the near extinction of public space. In contrast, there is an emergence of a series of projects aimed at social inclusion, at promoting citizen participation, at offering a place to the socially neglected, and at trying to build "bridges" in a visibly fragmented city. This paper takes 3 cases in the city of Montevideo, such as: Liber Seregni Square, Marconi Square and “Friendship Park”, as examples of an intervention methodology that has changed and adapted the meaning of public space.https://dearquitectura.uchile.cl/index.php/RA/article/view/42594 |
