To place a knowledge transfer of technology between universities and companies, there should be a series of compatibility between the two institutions. Ones they must have a minimum maturity in managing a project of this nature because it seeks to minimize risk and meet deadlines. The study aimed to analyze factors that influence the maturity of project management for technology transfer within the university-enterprise cooperation. For this model was applied to sector project management maturity of Prado-MMGP, adapted to transfer projects. It consists of descriptive research and exploratory, which made the use of case studies. The case studies involving projects of technology transfer made between national pharmaceutical companies and Brazilian universities and the results showed that the lack of investment in internal training, not the alignment of projects to transfer the company's business and delay awareness of the importance of managing a design can affect the evolution of the maturity level of project management firms and as a result it may damage the innovative capacity and competitivenesshttp://revistagep.org/ojs/index.php/gep/article/view/18 |
