Based on the study of the connotation of the green service area, in order to provide experience and reference for its construction and transformation, this article put forward the content of the construction of green service area, and further combined the comprehensive survey of service areas of a certain province in central China, analysed and summarized current situation of green construction technologies from aspects of location and land use, buildings, environmental protection facilities, and renewable energy utilization.https://www.e3s-conferences.org/articles/e3sconf/pdf/2021/09/e3sconf_iaecst20_01139.pdf
