The statistical society of this study has been instructors engaging in teaching teacher training center of chaharmahal va bakhtiari 1388-1389 and a sample 56 persons has been selected by categorical random sampling method. The method of study has correlational description and data gathering tools have been two questionnaire Meyer and Allen organization commitment questionnaire (1982). To verify the enhanced data, Regression and variance analysis were used. Study findings have indicated that following dimensions have correlation with each other: loyalty factor with effective commitment (R2=0.217,membership factor with normative commite (R2 = 0.86), similarity factor with normative commitment (R2= 0.80).
