In the paper is shown that with TIG and EBW welding of high-strength titanium alloys, there is a tendency to form defects in the weld metal. The results of metal chemical composition are shown in the paper as well thermal influence, micro- and macrostructure of welded joints and the measurement of hardness are presented.
