The article is devoted to methods of state participation in ensuring the sustainability of regional reproduction. The implementation of the regional policy gives rise to different kind of contradictions, for example, to increase economic growth it is necessary to place production in economically developed areas. However, this creates even greater inequality of the regions in terms of development, and the desire to equalize these levels will lead to investment in other backward regions, which will reduce the state economic growth rate. In the current conditions of general economic uncertainty, it is necessary to highlight the most relevant component of state regional policy.Such an approach will allow us to concentrate limited resources on the most important areas, as well as determine the creation of an effective system of measures in the field of state regulation of regional development and interregional relations in the Russian Federation. Various methods of state participation in ensuring the sustainable development of regions have been considered. For strategic management of the region, it is necessary to establish direct and indirect relationships between these many processes. This implies determining the mechanism of their manifestation. The solution to this problem is very relevant. The article notes the development of relations at various levels, including regional ones.
