The law recognizes the right to take advantage of accessible and effective training opportunities to improve the potentialities of adult individuals. This contribution presents an experience of certification of transversal outgoing skills aimed at achieving the two-year secondary school degree. The sample consists of 13 unemployed women aged between 18 and 44, residing in the Spanish Neighborhoods, one of the poorest neighborhoods of the Neapolitan city, who did not have the opportunity to complete higher education, having become mothers at an early age. The training proposal, launched as part of the activities of the OPENN Project (Offerta Percorsi Educativi Nuovi Napoli), aims at the implementation of a professional profile expendable in the field of childcare.
