In this paper we present a report of a case who presented with acute pyelonephritis late in pregnancy. They were started on intravenous antibiotics but did not show an adequate response. On ultrasound the patient had ureteric calculi with upstream pressure changes. DJ stenting was done and the response thereafter was remarkable.
