Summary:Nutrient medium for the biosynthesis of different hydrolases type by bacteria of genus Bacillus has been improved. Activity of synthesis by bacilli strains of the complex system of hydrolases relating with the peculiarity of nutrient medium composition has been studied. The nutrient proportion of growth medium has been optimized for providing the increasing biosynthesis and activity of extracellular enzymatic hydrolytic complex. It was established that the most significant for increasing of bacilli hydrolase activity was combination of inorganic and organic nitrogen sources.
