Description
Summary:Videoconferencing is one of the most appropriate ways to transmit information online to participants not only during quarantine. This paper describes a novel process of evaluating the quality of videoconference. Time-consuming subjective measurements were supported by models and programs that simplified the preparation, testing, and processing of results. The process of quality assessment can help IT management to decide on the use of videoconferencing as a means of communication in business. This is especially important in times of pandemics and quarantine.
