Summary:Wegener’s granulomatosis (WG) is a small-medium vessel vasculitis representing renal involvement as glomerulonephritis and granulomatous lesions at lower and/or upper respiratory tract which should be thought to discriminate from granulomatous infections. We present a case of WG in a 78-year old female patient represented fever, cough and pulmonary nodules which is an uncommon disease should be remembered while making differential diagnosis in patients with fever of unknown origin.
