Mechanism of Diffusion Mass Transfer under the Influence of Microseconds Mechanical Pulses in Coars-Crystalline Epitaxial System Pd/Ag
Proposed the mechanism of diffusion masstransport under influence of microsecond mechanical pulses. The result of the experiment can be explained by describing the mechanical pulses as the sum of phonons.
