The purpose of the study was to investigating the corporate culture of this dental clinic and how the corporate culture impacted the company performance. The result of this study showed that this dental clinic had “involvement type” corporate culture. This is another example of a case study about corporate culture and corporate characteristics that motivate employees and ultimately helped organizations maximize their performance.
