After the declaration of the independence of Republic of Slovenia there were illegally wiped around 40,000 of its citizens who were deprived of their guaranteed rights. This was done in utmost secrecy, so certain documents were not still available to the public. The Authorities of Republic of Slovenia consciously took the rights of its citizens which was the act not being in the spirit of the European Union. We tried to bring the problems the citizens of Slovenia were faced closer to public and show what was actually happening, in spite of scarce literature and documents being skillfully hidden. We have also described an example from legal practice by which it has been proved that Slovenia consciously violated its own laws. https://casopis.pravni-fakultet.edu.rs/index.php/ltp/article/view/162
