The objective of the research was to find out different characters of humanitarian interventions: not only to apply force for preventing human rights violations but also to support the opposition, to arrange the global pressure and to enforce the define regimes to provide define reforms, to support revolutionary sentiments and etc. Besides the purpose of the study was to approve that technologies of the “humanitarian interventions” concept are used nowadays on the international arena. As a result of the comparison study of the Balkan crises and the conflict in Libya it is becoming clear that the USA and their NATO alliance methods have been used a lot of times. For the first time all of them was being tested during the Balkan conflicts at the turn of the XX-XXI centuries. These results were based on many facts and comparisons of the Balkan conflicts with situations in Libya at the beginning of the years 2010.
