Various differences has beennoted in the Romanian banking system due to the importance attached to representativestakeholders and to the CSR communication tools. Starting from the relationship betweenstakeholders and the reputational value, this paper aims to establish a valuable approach to theexisting connections between the main stakeholders and the CSR communication strategies inRomania.
