For the suitability of the training program, the variables intensity, index of moderate to vigorous physical activity and context were evaluated using the System for Observing Fitness Instruction Time (SOFIT; McKenzie, Sallis, y Nader, 1991). Following the training program, results, after giving 34 PE sessions to school-aged children, were found to be above 50% moderate to vigorous intensity.
