Student center learning instruction consists of organise information, organise questions, solve the problem, present the discussion results, reflect, and mastery test material. Abstrak: Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penerapan pendekatan student center learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis tulis siswa SMA. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi matematis tulis siswa meningkat dari siklus I ke siklus II. Pendekatan student center learning dilakukan secara diskusi kelompok terdiri atas mengumpulkan informasi, mengorganisir pertanyaan, menyelesaikan masalah, menyajikan hasil diskusi, refleksi, dan tes penguasaan materi.http://journal.um.ac.id/index.php/jptpp/article/view/12642mathematical communicationstudent center learning approachkomunikasi matematispendekatan student center learning
