Summary:Abstract: This research aims to develop recitation program topic static electricity for high school student designed with a computer offline program that is microsoft office power point 2007. Using ADDIE models, this research produce recitation program with three packages program. This product verified to materials expert, media expert, and audience/high school student. Based on the verification and test obtained percentage of eligibility aspects is 95%, feasibility aspects 87,5%, and recitation program readability aspects 86,86% that means recitation program topic static electricity for high school student are feasible to be used and disseminated. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk program resitasi materi listrik statis untuk siswa SMA yang dirancang menggunakan program komputer offline yaitu microsoft office power point 2007. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode ADDIE. Secara umum program resitasi yang dihasilkan terdiri dari tiga paket program. Produk tersebut selanjutnya diujicobakan kepada ahli materi, ahli media dan pengguna/siswa SMA. Berdasarkan uji coba tersebut diperoleh persentase aspek kelayakan isi sebesar 95%, aspek kelayakan penyajian sebesar 87,50%, dan aspek keterbacaan program resitasi sebesar 86,86% yang berarti program resitasi materi listrik statis untuk siswa SMA ini layak untuk digunakan dan disebarluaskan.
