Summary:In this article the role of the course “Russian language and speech culture” in the medical students’ education, significance of argumentative monologue as means of communicative competence level measuring at the examination, specifics of competence oriented model of examination on Russian language and speech culture for non-philologists are analyzed; innovative approach to the students’ level of professional and communicative competence estimation, based on transdisciplinary role of Russian language is proved; examples of control-measuring materials are given.
