This training method is a participatory method using a lecture approach and direct guidance. The result of this training is to increase the teacher's knowledge from the teacher's initial ability of 63.76 to 87.65. Besides, teacher skills also increased from basic skills with a score of 56.95 to 85.35. In conclusion, the training provided can improve the knowledge and skills of teachers in writing HOTS questions. The implication of this training is as a reference in improving the ability to write HOTS questions for elementary school teachers.https://digitalpress.ugm.ac.id/article/376
