Summary:The research's main purpose was to determine the progress of Electronic Government that have been developed in Venezuela. It focused on a quantitative model, based on epistemological base phenomenology centered, a methodological approach of feasible project type and design field. Based on statistical probability, a sample of 36 public bodies was selected. For data collection questionnaires were applied, which revealed that most of the sites surveyed have no suggestion box; agencies use social networking, but unaware of cloud computing and videoconferencing.
