Summary: | The article presents a model of educational technology training of vocational training. The authors examine the nature, the structure of the model of educational technology as a pedagogical system of theoretical and practical knowledge of defining the strategy, content and process management, activity of teachers and students based on the widespread use of educational and informational means of education and integrated provision of educational and informative, educational and professional activities of students. The authors examine the educational technology through structural components: a target, substantial, procedural, efficient and functional. At the same authors identify performance indicators model of educational technology, expressed in terms of performance evaluation system for each component that makes it possible to obtain an integral criterion for the efficiency of the model of educational technology training of teacher of vocational training, which acts as the readiness of teachers to use educational technology in vocational educational activities and their level of competence.
