The study in reference is a response to a growing demand, especially in relation to low relative development countries for development by strengthening their abilities to define policies in the areas of intersection between health, trade and intellectual property, allowing, thus, access and innovation of drugs and other medical technologies. To this end, in this research, we designed a study about the three organizations, its origins, workings and main duties. Additionally, this article discusses about other aspects contained in the trilateral study, as the roles of each organization, the global burden of disease, the key challenge for health policy, the relationship between innovation and dimensions of access, in addition other themes addressed by the trilateral study.http://www.uel.br/revistas/uel/index.php/direitopub/article/view/23244Propriedade IntelectualComércioSaúdeInovaçãoAcesso. |
