The authors consider the interaction of powers (political environment), tourism (tourism business), business (socio-economic environment) and ecology (ecological environment). The ecology is identified as the exceptional decisive factor in creating an enabling environment for the development of the market for tourism services. A static analysis of the cognitive model was carried out, which revealed 624 contours, of which 473 were stabilizing and 151 were destabilizing. Based on results of the systemic characterizations of the cognitive model, it was found that the interaction between the two sectors, tourism (tourist business) and business (socio-economic environment) needs special attention. A dynamic analysis of the built cognitive model was carried out using the method of impulse processes that helped to generate alternative scenarios for the development of tourism services. As a result, it has been found that increased investment in restaurant and hotel activities facilitates the increase in the level of development of market for tourism services for one period earlier than the increase in financing tourism sphere from the budget.http://www.business-inform.net/export_pdf/business-inform-2017-10_0-pages-166_173.pdftourism spheretourismcognitive modelinganalysisinter-sectoral interactionbusinesspowersmanagement |
