Scirrhous colon cancer presenting as a pseudokidney sign
Abstract This case presents ascending colon cancer with a typical pseudokidney sign on ultrasonography. The cancer extended from the ascending colon to the terminal ileum without intussusception. The pseudokidney sign may represent colon scirrhous cancer.
