Description
Summary:The field of economic integration processes requires a systems approach in order to understand behavior in complicated situations. Our aims are to recognize better the structures, that are not evident, and to see those that are fundamental for understanding complex situations. The goal of this contribution is the mapping of system archetypes, including their mutual interdependencies found within the processes of economic integration. We will focus on structures that can be found in the integration process of free movement of persons, respectively the labor force. It will be shown how these repeating structures - system archetypes - can make the study of complex integration processes easier, and can be a key to understanding limits in their functioning.
