Clinical, laboratory and instrumental methods of research were used. Features of gestation in the both groups were studied by analyzing data of ultrasonic scanning, dopplerometry, cardiotocografy; histological study of placentae and material from uterine cavity after spontaneous miscarriage was made. Chorion detachment is often combined with the inflammatory changes of fetal ovum and endometrium elements.
