Summary:The workers are the fundamental basis for the development and fulfillment of the objectives set by the organization, consequently their leaders must guarantee a work environment and a healthy organizational climate that allows them to achieve the effectiveness of the processes and the satisfaction of the clients. The general objective of the study was to evaluate the organizational climate in a health service provider entity; In order to fulfill this purpose, the research focused on two axes: the first, the establishment of the workers' perceptions and the aspects of work motivation in order to determine the current situation of the company; secondly, the identification of the weaknesses of the organizational climate in order to establish the points for improvement. A descriptive study supported with primary sources was carried out, a survey directed to the workers of the organization; Likewise, the theories related to the organizational climate and relevant documentation were taken into account to carry out the proposal.
