Summary:The research arises from the identification of the logistics as crucial factor so that the enterprises be able to elevate the competitive advantages. It is carried out in the Complex “La Maison” of the branch in Santiago de Cuba. It has as main goal to design and to apply a procedure to improve the logistics administration. The procedure demands to carry through an internal and external diagnosis using techniques and tools to the analysis of the logistical system and gain effectiveness, efficiency and competitiveness of the organization. The entity concluded 2014 with losses and the first semester of 2015 concludes with utilities of 68% and the index of the client´s satisfaction measured through surveys which is higher in 2015 to the one in 2014, this result is ephemeral, due to with the installation of the strategies and the adviser of the indicators conceived they should be superior.
