Partnership interaction of a teacher and a student is considered as an option subject-subjective interaction based on cooperation. Subject-subjective interaction is understood in this case not as an individual approach to students, but as an approach that provides their personal growth and formation of active life position during learning activities. The principles of partnership interaction in the best way can be realized through the following technologies in teaching: coaching, mentoring, consulting, training, tutoring, moderation and facilitation. It is important to understand that the effectiveness of these technologies is more dependent not only on the use of appropriate methods but also on changing of the position of “personal reconstruction” of the teacher.
