The empirical results show that the overall effect of high-speed railway on economic growth of Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration is 0.545 in the past two years, which is a large positive effect. The highspeed railway can not only directly stimulate the economic growth of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration by expanding the scale of capital investment, but also indirectly promote the economic growth of Beijing Tianjin Hebei urban agglomeration by promoting the development of system, technology, labor force and industrial structure, which proves the value of high-speed railway. Finally, according to the empirical results, it provides reasonable feasible suggestions to the relevant government departments.https://www.e3s-conferences.org/articles/e3sconf/pdf/2021/27/e3sconf_ictees2021_03034.pdf
