To achieve this, the researcher used the quasi-expereimental design. The rsearcher prepared a list of skills necessary for educational research and designed a test to measure the achievement of these skills among the sample of 130 students through pre and post tests. The following results were achieved: -      There is statistical difference between the averages of the pretest and post test in favor of the post test, the average of the pretest was (1,976047) equivalence percentage of (49. 4%) with standard deviation of (0,2376) while the average of post test was (3. 294) with percentage of (82,35%) and standard deviation of (0,1553). -      The (t-test) value indicates that this difference is significant at the level of (0,05) which iindactes that the investigation strategy had an effect in developing students’ educational research skills.
