To reach the desired goal a descriptive type methodology was used. This included a non experimental design, under the guidance of a probabilistic and systematic chance study, with a stratified sample in which the data taken corresponded to alumni and exalumni of the seven cohorts that have coursed the Doctorate Program up to the year 2003. Among the most important results are that the students of Doctorate Program, through the time of their studies, have been introducing the ICTs in their researches and teaching activities, but the access to these ICTs has been through the Internet, and by means of the use of CDs. The information gathered and the knowledge produced has been divulgated through electronic academical journals and in diskettes. http://www.revistaorbis.org.ve/1art4.pdfAccessDivulgationInformation and Communication Technologies (ICT)Scientific Information
