Through bibliographic and documentary research, we focused on the federative relationship to effectively manage public high school policies in the face of controversies and various problems that permeate the formation. We consider that the configuration of the municipal federated entity corroborates the urgency of the proper articulation in the SNE that needs to pursue a collective stance of resistance in the course of policies, expressed by regulations that subject the teacher to the fulfillment of requirements that support the capitalist system.http://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=321165167021managementsmeeducational policieshigh schoolformation
