Three years after the Cotton Sector Initiative has been presented by some West andCentral African countries, the Initiative baselines, the part of the different stakeholders and the progress done on this issue arepresented.The central position of cotton in the Doha negotiations is discussed taking account of broader strakes that apply inthe present debates. |
