The use of the LC mixture in the synthesis of SOFTWARE is justified by the similarity of the IR spectra of the mixture of LC and stearic acid (SC). SOFTWARE synthesis was carried out by a method including saponification of the mixture with sodium compounds, followed by interaction with compounds of two and trivalent iron. The use of ultrasound exposure to high-intensity 150?200 W/dm3 in the synthesis in the melt promotes the intensification of the process and ensures the implementation stage of the saponification at a temperature of 150?170 OC, and the stage of synthesis at a temperature of about 110 OS with the release of more than 99,0% of the mass. with a total duration less than 20 min. Using highly efficient ultrasonic treatment during the synthesis of QOL reduces emissions of polluting substances (pollutants) into the atmosphere through leakage of the reactor, because in the synthesis of iron stearate (FW) observed decrease in emissions of SV into the atmosphere more than 13 times, and in the synthesis of QL only 5.5 times, due to the presence of low-boiling LC, including unsaturated in the mixture.https://www.vestnik-vsuet.ru/vguit/article/view/1956iron carboxylates, prooxidants, oxo biodegradable polyethylene, fatty acids, product yield, synthesis,,ultrasonic influence
