Description
Summary:When there is sidelobe interference in the array pattern, adaptive monopulse angle measurement can suppress interference and improve the accuracy of angle measurement. However, when the interference occurs in the mainlobe, the angle measurement performance will be seriously deteriorated. This problem can be solved well with the monopulse angle measurement algorithm based on auxiliary array. Here, auxiliary array radars are added to the main radar to extend the aperture of the array, and using the MSINR criterion or MMSE criterion to suppress the mainlobe interference, a good measurement accuracy can be obtained. The effectiveness of the method is proved by computer simulation.
