Summary: | Human resources processes belong to the core business of each enterprise. In conjunction with the diversity of generations that are currently on the Czech labour market (Baby Boomers, X, Y and Z), it is necessary to adapt the personnel activities and the management of many different working groups to ensure the optimum running of the company. This paper is aimed at analyzing the demographic trend of the development of generations in the Czech Republic. At the same time, individual generations are analyzed in detail, describing the characteristics that correlate with the company practice and thus influence it. On the basis of these data, the individual work processes are evaluated, focusing on possible pitfalls of multigenerational management of the processes. These are the processes of recruitment and selection of employees, their adaptation, development and education, remuneration and motivation, and the process of internal communication.
