To achieve our objective, a systematic literature review (SLR) was considered in one of the best OM journals in 1990–2018. This study represents a general structure to guide, design, and fulfill a case study research with categorized steps necessary for researchers to use in their research.https://doi.org/10.1177/16094069211010088
